Please review this Agreement thoroughly. If you do not agree to comply with any of the terms outlined within this agreement, you should stop using Verispy services immediately.

Access to Service and Restrictions
Upon registration, Verispy will grant you a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to access our member's area and searches and the information contained in the databases solely for your own personal use in compliance with these terms and conditions. We reserve all rights of ownership, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights ("Verispy Content").
You agree to use our information only for appropriate, legal purposes, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Additionally, you agree that our databases and information may not be used to bother, stalk, harass, threaten or embarrass any individual. You may not use the service to look up celebrities or other public persons or to locate individuals under the age of 18 years. Information shall not be provided or resold to any other person or entity. You will not modify or attempt to modify Verispy in any way. You will not access or attempt to access any Verispy account belonging to another person without written consent of the rightful account holder.
Unauthorized access to or any extraction of content from our databases, including the use of "bots", "spiders" or "scraping" technology within a browser or browser-like program is strictly prohibited. We prohibit caching, unauthorized hypertext links and the framing of any content available through the Verispy search services. You agree not to resell, distribute, reproduce, disseminate, and publish, any of the proprietary content received through the use of our services
Your violation of any terms of this Agreement will constitute a breach of contract and result in the automatic termination of the conditional licenses granted to you upon purchase, and will prohibit you from using Verispy search and services. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for such termination or modification.
Preliminary Searches
Prior to purchase, Verispy offers unregistered users the ability to perform free preliminary searches that may provide some basic information on the search subject. These searches are intended only to verify that information about the search subject exists in our databaseand is provided as a reference only. You agree and acknowledge that the results of free preliminary searches may not fully match the results obtained from the paid Reports accessible from the member's area, based on the same search parameters.
Member Search Options
As a Verispy memberyou will gain access to our Members' Area, where you will have the opportunity to run various reports and searches. Unlimited Search Access is available to those users who have purchased the Unlimited Search Access package.
Unlimited searches may include the following: Phone Verification, Criminal Records Check, Court Records Search, Arrests & Warrants, Property Records Search, Unclaimed Asset Search, Sex Offender Check, and more...The available unlimited searches are subject to change without notice.
Premium Background Report searches may require additional Search Credits, and may not be available to all Verispy members. Premium Background Reports may include (all in one simple to read comprehensive report): Criminal Records, Court Records, Sex Offender, Bankruptcies, Liens and Judgments, Address History, Phone Numbers, DOB/Age, Estimated Income, Job Title, Email Address/s, Gender, Estimated Wealth, Property Records, Marital Status, Educational History, Lifestyle Data, Friends, Neighbors, Statistical Area Data, and much more... Our Background Report is subject to change without notice.
You agree and understand that except as otherwise indicated; Search Credits will be used whether or not your searches yield any results, and regardless of whether such searches or records returned contain incorrect information or no information at all.
Additional Data Restrictions
Please be aware that Verispy does not have direct control of the data made available through our services. We do not originate, verify or sanitize any data made available through the use of any of our searches. Reports may contain inaccuracies, may be out of date or incomplete. In the event of using this service for criminal background checks positive or false matches are possible and they do not provide confirmation of an individual's criminal history or past arrests. We urge you to consult your state and federal laws before using this information in any type of decision-making process. The data obtained from Verispy searches are offered "as is" with no implied or certified warranty. Verispy should not be used for employee screening or any legal process purposes. We do not offer any legal advice and are not responsible for any action taken by the customer based on the information we provide. We urge you to use extreme caution when interpreting the results of civil and criminal search results. The proper use and interpretation of these reports is the sole responsibility of you/the customer.
Please kindly note that Verispy does not provide any search services on individuals residing in the state of California. This service is not currently advertised or offered by our company.
As a US based company Verispydoes not offer the ability of retrieving any international records related data.
In accordance with Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994 driver's history related information is limited to publicly available criminal citations such as DUI, OUI, and any other misdemeanor and felony criminal records.
NOTE: Verispy is not a "consumer reporting agency" as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., as amended, and the Data or other information in our databases has not been collected in whole or in part for the purpose of furnishing "consumer reports," as defined by the FCRA. Rather, the Data or other information has been obtained by us as a result of being publicly available to us for our possession, use and dissemination, and the Services and Data are not intended or expected to be used to (a) establish a consumer's eligibility for personal credit or insurance; (b) assess risks associated with existing consumer credit obligations; or (c) evaluate an individual for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention (including employment of household workers such a nannies, housekeepers, or contractors) or in conjunction with assessing the merits of entering into any other personal business transaction with another individual. You agree and understand that you may not and will not use the Services or Data for any of the aforementioned purposes.
Verispy reserves the right to cancel or not offer its service to any user that it deems is inappropriately using its services. We are under no obligation to provide you with a warning prior to termination or restriction of your use of Verispy. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such termination, or restriction of your account and/or access.
Payment & Refund Policy
Our membership fees are clearly posted on all of our product selection, registration and pricing page/s. By purchasing any of our membership plans you certify that you have read and agreed to this Terms & Conditions document and certify that you are the authorized user of the credit card/PayPal account used to purchase this service
Your initial "Report Access" fee will grant you access to whatever report/reports option you have selected prior to purchase. Please note that your credit card or your PayPal account is not charged automatically each time you conduct a new search. Verispy offers various different report access and subscription options. Our membership types include trial memberships; single report passes as well as monthly and weekly membership options. If you have any of these "one time" single report or single month or week access passes you never need to contact us to cancel/deactivate membership, as it will automatically deactivate when your access pass expires. If you purchased any of our trial offers you will have access to the service for the duration of the trial period. If you do not cancel the service during the trial period you will be billed on a monthly basis. Our most popular 7-Day trial access pass allows for 7 full days of service for $4.95 and $19.95 per each month you retain the service afterword. To cancel your trial account simply fill out and submit the Trial Cancelation Form. This form can be found on most Verispy webpages: https://www.verispy.com/trial-cancelation. Using the automated subscription cancelation system is the fastest and easiest way to cancel your recurring subscription. If you wish to cancel your trial/subscription in a timely matter please do not create tech support requests as they may take upwards of 48 business hours for a support agent process and respond. Please kindly note that our support staff may not always be able to locate your account based on a voice message or an email coming from an email address not registered to your account.
You understand that we take fraud very seriously and we will notify and work with law enforcement agencies to address these issues if they occur. We reserve the right to suspend service to any account suspected with any suspicious activity without notice. You are responsible for all use of our services offered within our member's area and the fees incurred from its use. If you suspect that unauthorized use of your account is taking place, you must notify us immediately. Verispy will use reasonable efforts to deliver the information services to its customers, and to compile information gathered from selected public records and other sources; provided however, customer accepts all information "AS IS". In an effort to further assist the customer Verispy support staff offers customers with free search assistance, and will conduct a manual database search followed by the customer's written authorization. Customer accounts with manual search request history are not eligible for refunds.
We offer our customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase, contact us and will work hard to resolve your issue. In order to prevent abuse our satisfaction guarantee is only applicable to customers subscribing for the first time. Satisfaction guarantee is not applicable to any and all users/customers that are in violation of any of our legal disclosures or policies.
Warranties & Disclaimers
The information in the Verispy member's area has been compiled from multiple public record sources and third parties. We do not create, review, verify, or warranty the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or sufficiency of such Data. Verispy is not necessarily affiliated with, endorsed by, or compensated by these third parties.
VERISPY DATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR OTHER VIOLATIONS OF RIGHTS.
VERISPY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RELIABILITY OF THE SERVICE AND THE ACCURACY, CURRENCY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE VERISPY SEARCH SERVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WE SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER CLAIMS OF YOURS OR THIRD PARTIES.YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.
Verispy is not affiliated with the United States Government or any Federal or State government agency. You represent and warrant that through your use of Verispy services you are aware of all service restrictions and you will comply with all applicable state and federal laws.
Copyrights and Trademarks
The Verispy Content is owned by Verispy and/or its licensors, and may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and/or other laws. Verispy and/or its licensors own and retain all rights, including the worldwide copyright, in the Verispy Content solely and exclusively, for the duration of the rights in each country, in all languages, and throughout the universe. You agree that you will not use the Verispy Content in any way whatsoever except as in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, redistribute, or create derivatives works based on the Verispy Content, and you shall not exploit the Verispy Content in any unauthorized way whatsoever. All brand and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Verispy or their respective owners. You agree that you shall not use any trademark content without expressed permission from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verispy and its officers, directors, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Verispy or Data, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
Arbitration
In any legal proceeding relating to your use of the Verispy services, you agree to waive any right you may have to participate in any class, group, or representative proceeding and to waive any right you may have to a trial by jury. Any and all disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award made by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You acknowledge that agreeing to such binding arbitration constitutes a waiver of your right to a jury trial, and that this agreement to arbitrate is voluntary and not legally required. If any arbitration or legal action or similar proceeding is instituted by either party concerning the payment of our fees or costs advanced hereunder, the prevailing party will be entitled to collect its reasonable attorneys' fees, in addition to any other relief the party may obtain.
General Conditions
The failure of Verispy to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Verispy, and governs your use of Verispy, superseding any prior agreements between you and Verispy (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of this Agreement).
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this agreement.
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any rights or provisions in this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
Communication
All account related notifications such as purchase confirmation notices, manual search assistance communications, and support request messages are delivered through electronic communications. Verispy may also periodically communicate service and other suitable updates with its customers via email.
When contacting customer support please note: For your security and ours, our customer support staff is not permitted to open or download any attached materials so please do not send any attachments to any of our support emails. All attached materials are automatically scrubbed out.
